Thenkasi Pattanam is an Indian Tamil comedy film released in 2002. It is the remake of the Malayalam blockbuster of the same name released in 2000.
Kannan and Dass are two famous rowdies in their village. Dass has a sister called Uma with whom Manikkampillai (shortened as ‘Mapillai’) is in love but she is not interested in him.
Mapillai joins Kannan’s and Dass’ firm KD & Company as the manager, in an attempt to win the love of their sister.
