Panakkara Penn is a 1976 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by U. Rajendran and written by the legendary scriptwriter Vietnam Veedu Sundaram. The film stars Jaishankar and Jayachitra in the lead roles. The film’s music score and soundtrack were composed by V. Kumar.
The story follows Radha, a young woman from an incredibly wealthy family. She falls in love with Raja, an ordinary, hardworking farmer. The core plot revolves around Raja’s struggles to shield Radha and safeguard her vast family inheritance from her deceitful and greedy cousins who are plotting to steal it.
