Veetukkari is a 1985 Tamil-language drama film directed by the prolific filmmaker Rama Narayanan and produced by R. M. Subbaiah and J. Durai of Vijayakala Pictures.
The film stars Vagai Chandrasekar, Nalini, Radha Ravi, and Jeevitha. The film’s original score and soundtrack were composed by the popular duo Shankar-Ganesh.
Selvi marries Madhi, an illiterate man. However, after marriage, she gets tortured by her in-laws and also learns about Madhi’s illiteracy.
